Candidatul Ideal
✅University degree in Accounting or Finance;
✅At least 5 years of experience in accounting-related roles;
✅Good knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements;
✅Good understanding of the Romanian Fiscal Code and related regulations;
✅Experienced in working with ERP systems (SAP);
✅Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
✅Able to speak, read and write English on a business level.

What you’ll have to do:
✅Dealing with day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, fixed assets, expense report, payroll, etc.) and recording them in SAP in accordance with applicable accounting and reporting standards and best market practices in this area;
✅Keeping and updating the depreciable assets registry and calculating the depreciation to be booked;
✅Preparing and booking the monthly accruals;
✅Reconciliation and booking of the bank statements;
✅Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual fiscal declarations and any other fiscal declarations, in accordance with applicable tax law;
✅Ensure an accurate and timely closure of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing;
✅Coordinating the activity of the annual inventory and recording the results in the books;
✅Preparing the financial statements in accordance with the applicable accounting standards;
✅Preparing and submitting periodically the statistical reports to the National Institute of Statistics in accordance with the applicable legal provisions;
✅Active involvement in internal and external audit processes;
✅Provide support for implementation of various financial products, including testing;
✅Other specific operations related to accounting.
