- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP HCM module functionalities (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll).
- Strong expertise in configuring and implementing SAP HCM solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with clients.
- Experience in leading SAP HCM projects or mentoring teams is a plus.
