Qualifications
Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in SAP consulting, system support, and SAP customizing in the area of SAP Solution Manager
Practical experience in SAP customizing
Experience in gathering requirements and creating functional and technical concepts and specifications
Experience in managing IT projects while adhering to quality, deadlines, and cost targets
ABAP knowledge for debugging and 3rd level error analysis is an advantage
Strong communication skills, excellent analytical abilities, solution-oriented thinking, and good time management combined with enthusiasm for new technologies
Independent and structured work style with the willingness to familiarize oneself with various business processes and data flows
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Tasks
Identification and implementation of improvement potentials within the SAP Solution Manager standards
Active involvement in the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA with a focus on standardization and automation of the SAP Solution Manager
Active involvement and configuration of the Solman-CHARM processes
Active involvement and configuration of Solution Documentation including reporting
Customizing, introduction, and expansion of functionalities within SAP Solution Manager
Design and development of interfaces
Creation of IT technical concepts, including coordination of implementation and management of developers
Support in release and transport management
Support in solving incidents in 3rd level support (debugging experience is helpful)
Onboarding of developers and consultants as application support
