Sales Support Assistant - Used Trucks

Volvo Group Trucks Romania is looking for a Sales Support Assistant within Renault Trucks, Used Trucks department. With Group Trucks Romania you will be part of a global and diverse team of highly skilled professionals working with energy, passion and respect for the individual.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales admin or logistics, preferably in transportation area
Very good knowledge of English Language, French would be a great advantage

Sales Support
You will report to the Used Trucks Manager, at Renault Trucks, Volvo Group Trucks Romania.
The position is located in our headquarter Truck Center, Str. Ithaca 520, Bolintin Deal, Giurgiu.

Role description
Support the used sales force in commercial contracts administration and used vehicles delivery.

Main activities and responsibilities

- Administration flow of documents related to sales: sales ante-contracts, sales commercial contracts, trade in contracts, notifications, homologation documents administration, delivery protocols
- Payment follow-up: relation with accounting department for payments details
- Logistics of deliveries: preparation of delivery documents, follow-up of delivery dates, introduction of delivered vehicles in RT System
- Reporting related to sales
