The activity will be carried out from Romania, with periodic trips to Greece.

REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the textile industry;
- Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and communication skills;
- Advanced proficiency in Greek (written and spoken) – mandatory, preferably native;
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Results-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills;
- Sociable, positive, and communicative personality, with the ability to integrate easily into a dynamic work environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel);
- Availability to travel to Greece 2-3 times per semester.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients in Greece;
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the client portfolio;
Negotiate and finalize contracts and commercial offers;
Present products and customized solutions based on customer needs;
Achieve sales objectives and report results to the management team;
Travel to Greece periodically for client meetings (2-3 times per semester);
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system;
Monitor the market and competition to identify development trends.
