Descrierea jobului
•Program duration: Three years
•Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments. Two assignments will be within the sales & marketing teams. One ︃︁︄︄︉︂︁︆︅assignment will be in operation, helping you to gain experience in the manufacturing plant environment.
•Commercial functions: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
•Operations functions: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
•Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
•Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Sales Director)
•Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry.

•Comprehensive support throughout the relocation process, both during and after the program, tailored to your rotation.

•Strong, agile, and diverse team locally and globally.
