Candidatul Ideal

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales technical role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience in e-commerce and CMS systems
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce solutions and the competitive landscape
  • A data-driven approach to sales with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies
  • Well-rounded communication skills – both in spoken and written language
  • Business communication via phone and email
  • Typing speed at least 80 wpm
  • Advanced Excel skills to manipulate large sheets of data, and perform edits in bulk
  • Understanding website development funnel from an IT perspective
  • Be ready to sell, manage projects, and support the clients
  • Desire to help people and rapidly grow in e-commerce

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients
  • Solve technical problems regarding interaction with the platform
  • Sell the company's services
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
