Sales Manager - IT (m/f)

Due to an increase in workload, we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a part-time position in Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca, who is ready to become a key player in our dynamic sales team. Main responsibilities include:

• actively seeking new partners and clients
• maintaining a high-quality relationship with partners and clients
• conducting meetings ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀with clients and presenting our services
• developing sales targets and proposing solutions to achieve them
• improving our services through collaboration with internal teams such as
• marketing and the tech department
• increasing market visibility through the implementation of marketing strategies
• adapting to changes in the market by monitoring global trends and their movements
• preparing and creating necessary commercial documentation

What we expect from you:

• minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales in the IT field, with a preference for a background in selling digital products
• customer-oriented and goal-driven mindset
• strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• ability to work with leading experts and collaborate with different departments
• advanced knowledge of the Hungarian language
• proficiency in the English language
• proactivity for further development and advancement
