The Sales Inventory and Operations Planning Manager oversees the European sales, inventory, and operations planning process, ensuring optimal demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management to support market requirements and manufacturing operations across Europe. This role requires collaboration with finance, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to develop integrated operational strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Lead the sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP) process to support customer service levels, ensuring on-time delivery and effective backlog management;
* Develop and implement operational strategies through Oracle order management systems, ensuring alignment between customer demand and global supply chain operations;
* Collaborate with finance, marketing, sales, and global operations teams to drive strategic alignment on demand, supply, and distribution;
* Ensure project planning is incorporated into the SIOP framework by managing component availability and lead time for customer requirements;
* Provide comprehensive support for monthly management reporting and data analysis requirements;
* Drive key supply chain initiatives across Europe, including regionalization of the supply base, product line transfers, and new product introductions;
* Continuously improve SIOP processes by leveraging the latest methodologies in demand and supply planning;
* Manage, coach, and develop the SIOP planning team to enhance their skills and professional growth;
* Collaborate with sales and marketing functions to manage demand effectively;
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or Business;
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in a multinational company in relevant fields;
* Strong experience in finance, supply chain, operations management, marketing, or project management;
* Advanced proficiency with demand/sales forecasting tools (e.g., Demantra);
* Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Oracle; SAP/BAAN experience is also acceptable);
* Strong skills in analytical writing, data analysis, presentation, and computer literacy;
* Adaptability, willingness to travel, and the ability to work flexible hours;

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements in a matrix organization;
* Deep understanding of SIOP methodologies and how to apply them to enhance supply chain efficiency;
* Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and advanced reporting tools.
