Experience requirements
• Sales experience at least 2 years
• Know-how about industry environment
• Strong service/technical and commercial background
Knowledge
• language: Romanian- native; English - written, spoken
• driving license B
Educational requirements
• Technical education
• Secondary with leaving examination is a must
• University education is an advantage
Personality requirements
• Excellent communication skills (listening, influencing)
• Independent, self managed, success-motivated, enthusiastic personality
• Creativity
• Active, open, positive approach
• Team-player
• Ability and willingness to work home-based and to travel in the assigned area
• Task and success motivated

Your role in our company:
- Find and develop new customers
- Achieve sales targets according to defined Business Line (BL) plan
- Understand the market and competition
- Develop and increase market share in the assigned area by planning & performing activities defined in current BL plan, transform customers to increase market size
- Plan and execute own activities in line with BL activity plan
- Maintain overdue invoices of own customers in the assigned area, actively use Collection database, plan and execute appropriate actions to ensure collection
- Actively participate on marketing BL plan activities
- In line with set standards and in requested time report all planned & performed activities in ISIS system, maintain Opportunity database reports and prepare & deliver monthly report
- Report forecast results in format and time specified by reporting manager or BL manager
- Report travel expenses completely and in time in line with internal rules
- Take full responsibility and ownership of own professional development and actively participate on development activities in line with set development plan
- Execute other job related activities assigned by reporting manager or BL manager
