What you will do in this role
As a Sales & Client Specialist on our team, you will:

• Help customers with questions throughout the buying process and finds the best solution for their needs and helps customers after they purchase the products
• Provide extraordinary assistance to customers who contact you via inbound calls and/or emails. When a customer needs help, you quickly assess their situation and give advice or a solution on the spot.
• Provide accurate information about the product the customer wants to buy
• Profile your customer and offer the best product according to his/her needs
• Increase sales revenue and conversion rate, while ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction in the Survey Scores
• Achieve sales goals set out on a quarterly basis while providing excellent customer experience
