What You’ll Do:
✅ Organize Property Viewings: Schedule viewings for the sales team, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics.
✅ Update Listings: Maintain and refresh property ads on major platforms and keep internal communication updated via Slack.
✅ Conduct Market Research: Monitor market trends and analyze pricing across key areas.
✅ Manage Documents: Scan, archive, and handle essential documents (contracts, fiscal documents) while using specific platform for administrative declarations.
✅ Provide Administrative Support: Handle bookings for team members, assist with property inspections, coordinate evaluations, and liaise with notaries.
