RPA Engineer (UiPath / Automation Anywhere)

• First experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere is a must
• Motivated and collaborative team player
• Educational background in industrial engineering, (business) computer science, data modeling, AI/automation, or equivalent
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Analytical and organized work approach
• Willingness to engage with stakeholders across various levels in both IT and specialist departments
• Efficient task prioritization skills
• Customer-oriented mindset, able to thrive in stressful situations
• Strong teamwork skills, coupled with flexibility, honesty, and curiosity
• Proficient in English, German is a plus

• You are part of our consulting team and support the hands-on delivery of RPA solutions for our ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂customers during the entire lifecycle
• You develop, document and implement solution designs in our RPA (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere) environments
• You are responsible for the programming, testing, debugging and commissioning of all solutions you design
• You identify automation potential, carry out proof of concepts and evaluate added value
• You work closely with our customers to understand their business and technical requirements
