• You will be seen as a partner and provided with support, mentoring and coaching so you are satisfied with the nature of your work and your development
• At first this will be a part time job (2 hours a day) and depending on your evolution and availability it can turn into a 4 hours/day job in 6-12 months and longer term in a full time job.
• You will be offered support to attend the travel agent and tourism guide course in case you are interested in becoming a tour guide if you haven’t completed it already.
• You will work directly with the business owner so you will get to know all sides of the business and have diverse tasks which will make your daily work interesting
• You will have flexible working hours and you can also work from home and from the office
• You will constantly learn more about your country and 1 or 2 times a year you will travel inside the country to better get to know the regions.
• Your remuneration will depend on your capacity to perform against the goals and tasks you will have. As you will gain more experience and are able to deliver better results, your salary will increase.

The travel agency organizes tours focused on themes such as culture and heritage, photography, nature, food & wine and provides tourists with a real taste of the country.
Most of the tourists come from the USA and EU countries but also from far away counties like Australia, Singapore or Brazil and the tours are at least 1 week long. Romania Photo Tours and True Romania Tours are the 2 brands under which the name promotes itself online.

Before the pandemic the business was going well and several people worked for the company. Then it had a dramatic drop in 2020 and 2021 due to travel restrictions.
In 2022-2024 the number of tourists has increased again so the owner of the travel agency is looking for a colleague to share the work with.
The owner of the company has now 14 years of experience of running the business and as a tour guide; previously worked for Microsoft and traveled to around 50 countries from 4 continents.
