- Higher education in the field of transport or relevant experience in the field
- Strong knowledge in transportation and logistics
- Proficiency in English (verbal and writing);
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating skills
- Communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with clients and suppliers
- Solid understanding of transport legislation and regulations
- Ability to organize and quickly assimilate information
- Dynamic, analytical, organized, insightful, and responsible personality

Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing road, sea, air, multimodal, dedicated, and consolidated transport for cargo deliveries
- Identifying and implementing cost reduction measures in operations
- Ensuring adherence to project deadlines
- Completing and archiving compliance documentation for import/export, as well as for local deliveries within the EU
- Ensuring the achievement of all established objectives
- Negotiating pre-established transport services with carriers, couriers, and transport companies
- Monitoring transport costs
- Developing the logistics supplier base. Providing support to other departments within the company
- Identifying key transport costs (cost-effective transport solutions)
- Managing imports and exports
- Considering capacity and planning accordingly. Implementing new processes and procedures
- Ability to prepare shipping documents (invoice, packing list, insurance, CMR); ability to verify and review shipping documents (Bill of Lading)
