- Gestionarea interactiunilor cu clientii prin telefon sau prin alte canale de comunicare (email, chat, platforma de ticketing etc.);
- Identificarea nevoilor clientilor prin ascultare activa si oferirea de solutii potrivite care sa imbunatateasca experienta clientilor;
- Invatarea activa si permanenta in vederea adaptarii la procesele si procedurile in permanenta schimbare pentru imbunatatirea serviciilor oferite.
