Position Overview:

The position is a support role with accountability for reporting business with revenue & margin performance, providing ︁︀︂︃︃︇︁︆︄reporting/analysis, driving standardization, continuous improvement and consistency across aligned accounts.
This role transform data into information that can be utilized to make business decisions and actions.
Reporting analysts frequently work across business lines, conferring with managers and executives to gather requirements and specifications while developing enhanced data and reporting tools. They work directly with team leaders to gain a better sense of the current shortcomings in reporting technology and devise solutions to enhance reporting and data management.

Major Responsibilities

Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on business trends and account performance
Focus account management (periodic detailed analysis of key accounts)
Maintain detailed process and procedures
Service improvement planning including root cause analysis
Attends/presents business presentation for upper management
Developing or maintaining reporting tools that are deployed across the team.
Manage escalations until resolution.
