Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, ︇preferably in the consumer goods
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Very good verbal and written English skills; Korean language knowledge will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing. ︂
︃​︁︃︁​︁︃​︁︉︆Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing plans and product development decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth

Manage advertising campaigns, including creative development, media planning, and budget allocation, to maximize reach and engagement
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing activities and ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and promotions
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement
