- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve multiple recruitment and selection projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) at a intermediate/advanced level.

- Assist the recruitment team in managing recruitment projects, with a particular focus on candidate pre-selection.
- Identify and engage with prospective candidates.
- Create tailored resumes for selected candidates.
- Foster and maintain partnerships.
