• Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to assess candidates' technical and soft skills;
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and social media platforms;
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Identifying, attracting, and selecting suitable candidates for various positions blue collar and sometimes white collar roles;

• Creating and managing job postings on relevant platforms such as eJobs, Best Jobs & Social Media;
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates’ skills;
• Collaborating with department managers to understand recruitment needs;
• Maintaining an updated database of candidates and managing relationships with them;
• Managing the recruitment funnel to ensure an efficient hiring process;
• Preparing recruitment reports to track progress and outcomes;
• Issuing job offers and obtaining necessary approvals;
• Participating in recruitment events and promoting the employer brand.
