  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, software, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from screening to selection phase, in compliance with the company policy and needs.
  • ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀
  • Effectively communicate the company's employee value proposition to prospective candidates, providing detailed information about the company culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Implement a proactive follow-up strategy with candidates at various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other evaluation activities, ensuring timely completion of required assessments by candidates.
  • Guide candidates through the selection process, addressing any queries they may have.
  • Utilize company tools for recruitment purposes and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Report any issues with tools promptly to the relevant team for resolution.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing recruitment activities.
  • Achieves targets as set by the Coordinators and Recruitment Manager, and collaborates with team members to share insights, challenges, and best practices.
  • Comply with quality analysis requirements and standards in the recruitment process and participate in regular quality checks to maintain high standards of recruitment.
  • Participate in refresher sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in company policies.
  • Provide constructive feedback and improvement suggestions to enhance team performance.
  • Actively participate in job fairs and industry events to attract potential candidates, representing the company professionally at external recruitment events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Management team in compliance with the qualification and job requirements.
  • Take personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.
