We’re looking for someone with:
- Min 3 years of mass recruitment experience;
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal);
- A passion for recruitment;
- English proficiency (B2-C1);
- Spanish, French, Italian, or German skills are a plus (B2-C1);
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- Advanced internet and Excel skills;
- Excellent social and organizational skills;
- Hybrid work option at our offices in Bucharest, Brașov, Sibiu, or Cluj.

- Source, screen, and select candidates;
- Post recruitment ads and track applications;
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates;
- Source through web, referrals, and networks to find qualified candidates;
- Provide feedback and guidance to applicants;
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers;
- Organize and participate in recruitment events (job fairs, workshops, etc.).
