Quantity Engineer

Candidate Profile
Working in good coordination with other departments
Working as a member of the team has a good attitude and shares all information within the scope of the work to the other team members.
Collaborating in a good manner.
Written and verbal communication skills in English at least intermediate level.
Eagerness to learn and to be successful.
Ability to set up and conduct good communication within the team and all other parties related to the work.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and Autocad.
Knowledge English languages as an advanced level
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all reports and submissions are accurate and complete.
Minim 5 years of experience in a similar position
Graduate of the Faculty of Construction Engineering

Duties
Maintains the relationship with the consultant/supervisor/engineer to prepare the interim payment statement as well as to issue the interim ︃​︁︄︃​︂︁︄​︂︂︆payment certificate.
Checks the quantities executed and issues SIL.
Prepare the lists of quantities for each element in accordance with the Technical Execution Project.
Prepare documents and issue change orders when needed
Prepare the work statements for the settlement of the work done.

2. „Proiectarea și execuția lucrărilor de deviere a traseului situate între km 10+009- km 12+000 si km 21+406-km 24+890, aferente Autostrăzii Brașov-Târgu Mureș-Cluj -Oradea, Subsecțiunea 3A2: Nadășelu-Mihăiești (km 8+700-km 25+500)”
