Division: Coils and Linear Drives
Contract duration: a fixed period of two years, with the option of an indefinite extension.

As a Quality Team Leader, you will be part of the Quality Department and you will work in close collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager of the Coils and Linear Drives Division. Your focus will be on managing members of the QA Team on their day-to-day activities. Together, you will perform the necessary activities to guarantee that the products and processes meet the required quality demands and that the RMAs are solved in time and according to the specifications.

What your background should look like:

High school/Bachelor in electronics or mechanics;
Ability to understand, handle and work with electrical specifications, quality tools, and quality systems;
Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills (8D, 5why knowledge is a plus);
At least 2 years of experience in a coordination position in the quality field;
Ability to lead and manage a team;
Advanced English skills, both written and spoken;
Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).

In your role you will be:

Coordinating the quality team and handling RMAs from the Coils and Linear Drives ︃︁︅︅︁︈︆division, including planning, organizing, and performance management;
Coordinating the quality process, supplier’s complaints, internal rejects, sampling process;
Managing the repair (RMA) processes;
Performing and supervising root cause analyses for failures;
Managing the activities related to IQC, IPQC, OQC, and AQL;
Improving internal processes, testing methods and equipment.
