Your valuable contribution to something big:

• You contribute to the Quality Management System systematic, making sure that it is followed, updated and continuously improved
• You secure the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements
• You will contribute to the preparation, attendance and follow-up of internal and external System Audits
• You promote the Quality Mindset and Awareness by training quality management concepts and methods to other associates (quality management system; Quality basics, documentation control, turtle diagrams, 5Why, etc.)
• You are in charge to lead, follow-up and report projects to improve quality in the manufacturing site, having contact with all hierarchy levels
• You contribute to the deployment of the Lessons Learned method within the organization, including moderation of LL workshops
• You have regular interaction with Bosch Central Quality (Automotive Electronics) to ensure Product Safety & Conformity Representative role in the manufacturing site
• You contribute to assure the Process Landscape is followed, updated, and improved continuously
• You administer the document control and database management of internal documents

Education:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in technical field, such as: Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Physics or similar

Experience and Skills:

• You are self-dependent, structured, analytic and assertive
• Preferably, you have experience as quality engineer, ideally within automotive area
• Auditor and implementation experience
• General requirements for testing and calibration laboratories competence / knowledge
• Knowledge in Quality Management System implementation and certification
• Process Landscape Architecture
• LPA concept definition
• Basic knowledge of quality core tools: e.g. 8D, 5 Why, FMEA etc. and of technical statistics
• We are looking for an intermediate level of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Advantage: SAP R/3

Certifications:

• Preferably, Certified Auditor in VDA 6.3.; IATF 16949, ISO 9001

Languages:

• English – a good level is mandatory
• German – it is not mandatory but it is an advantage
