QUALITY SPECIALIST with English

• University degree (Preferably from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering )
• Experience min 3 years,
• Have good command of English,
• Have good computer use (MS Office, Word Excel, Powerpoint)
• Know at least one ERP programme related to planning,
• Have ability to communicate in a high level and to be solution oriented,
• Knowledge of quality systems management;
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 quality standards.

• Will get involved to the achievement of quality objectives and the fulfillment of the policy in the field ︁︃​︅︉​︂︅︅​︁︆︈of quality;
• Ensures the collection of data for the evaluation of the quality level in the area of responsibility;
• Develops documentation for product control, such as: control plans, quality plans, reports, etc.;
• To ensure that the produced parts are produced in accordance with the conditions specified in the control plan, taking necessary measures in case of non-conformities and stopping production if necessary,
• To follow up the procedures for reimbursement, re-processing and scrap parts,
• To prepare monthly reports on the costs of scrap, rework and poor quality and to determine the the actions with production responsible and related departments within the framework of the determined targets and to include the actions determined monthly on the action plan and to monitor its effectiveness,
• To participate in improvement activities and to follow related issues,
• Carrying out analysis and analysis of the products which are returned to the customer or rejected at the customer,
• For the complaints received from customer, opening 8D reports from SAP system, determining the corrective and preventive activities by forming a team with the relevant department staff, informing the customer, checking the realization of the planned activities on the planned date, monitoring the effecteveness of the planned activities to support the dissemination,
• To ensure that the raw materials, semi- finished products and finished goods are inspected and to provide corrective report for each fault determined by the suppliers via SAP system,
• To prepare FMEA, control plan, operator instruction, process control forms,
• To update PPAP files according to changes and keep up to date,
• Manages the activity of subordinates (quality technicians);
• Ensure that the processes required for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained;
• Reports to the management regarding the performance (mode of operation) of the quality management system and any need for improvement;
• Organize and participate in audits; etc.
