This role involves reviewing and verifying translated content, currency conversions, pricing accuracy, and overall design integrity before final publication.
Working closely with the design team, the QC Specialist ensures that brand standards and requirements are met across all deliverables.
Minimum Candidate Requirements
• Education: Higher Education
• Experience: Previous experience in the field is preferable but not mandatory
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Office Apps is needed, design softwares are a plus (this would facilitate the communication with the design team)
• Language Skills: English - professional level (mandatory), other languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills (Optional)
• Understanding of international pricing structures and currency conversion practices.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in detecting errors in multi-language deliverables.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) for managing pricing and data validation.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for reviewing files is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.

• Review and approve design deliverables (e.g., print materials, digital ads and emails, packaging materials, presentations, website assets) for accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
• Verify currency, pricing and compliance with the translations to confirm alignment with regional requirements and market standards.
• Cross-check visual and textual content for consistency across different markets, ensuring no errors in typography or formatting.
• Perform pre-production checks to identify errors before finalising assets.
• Work closely with graphic designers to ensure all feedback is properly implemented.
• Identify patterns in recurring errors and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
