Quality Assurance Engineer Intern, Cluj-Napoca

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* To log NCR in the MSS sharepoint tool and initiate discussion with objective to get CAPA, while spreading obtained information from suppliers or responsible people in the project team to relevant stakeholders
* To take note of any customer claim that came through crmOD and will communicate standardized replies to the claimant while kicking off the process of analysis and resolution
* To draft Quality documentation on projects that he works on, such as ITP, QCP, CoC and DoC
* To conduct / facilitate RCA sessions using various Quality Tools
* To review project specific documents from suppliers and assess if those items can be cleared for delivery
* To participate in internal audits
* To involve in continuous improvement
* To maintain QMS
* To complete any other quality related task given by direct manager

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelor’s Degree (Chemistry, Process Engineering, Physics, Electrical, Electronical, Engineering) or equivalent.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Products and CAD/ engineering software.
* Medium English language skills - verbal and written.
