Your Skills and Experiences

· Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

· 3+ years’ experience in similar roles with Management and leadership experience

· Strong knowledge of employment standards, legislation, common workplace hazards, and associated controls

· Knowledge of quality systems

· Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint, and can maintain complex Excel spreadsheets

· Certifications in the fields of Quality, Safety, Health, & Environment (internal auditor, waste management manager, etc);

• Additional certificates that are an advantage: RSVTI operator, certifications/internal auditor on other management systems;

• Car license - category B;

Your Role

You will be responsible for the overall quality and safety of our company's environment. We will count ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂on your knowledge of ISO QSHE standards and successful track record implementing and leading quality and safety programs to ensure a safe, accident-free environment and that products are safe, reliable, and meet or exceed quality guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

· Be the subject matter expert for Quality, Safety Health, Environment, and Security matters within the branch

· Conduct investigations and take the lead in root cause analysis and corrective actions

· Coordinate and implement related standards and procedures ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

· Train staff and supervisors on accident and injury prevention, product and process safety, and good work practices

· Maintain employee awareness and compliance with QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, & Environment)

· Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures; identify and assist with implementing improvements

· Assess and prevent health and safety hazards and implement appropriate corrective actions

· Track and validate the approved supplier's list through our supplier management tools

· Maintain calibration records, reports, and equipment documentation

· Maintain QSHE training matrix, training records, and certificates

· Host audits conducted by clients, third parties, and government agencies
