QA/QC Manager (Construction Site)

• Develop and enforce QA/QC plans, policies, and procedures for the construction site.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with quality standards.
• Review and approve quality documentation, including method statements, inspection reports, and test results.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Manage and train site QA/QC personnel to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Facilitate internal and external quality audits.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.

• Proven experience in QA/QC management in construction projects.
• Knowledge of relevant construction standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, etc.).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.This role is essential for ensuring the project's success and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The rehabilitation of the Brasov-Simeria railway line, part of the Rhine-Danube Corridor, for traffic with a maximum speed of 160 km/h, Brasov-Sighisoara section, subsection 2 (Apața-Cața), and subsections 1 (Brașov - Apața) and 3 (Cața - Sighișoara), focusing on modernizing a double electrified line and 10 railway stations over a total length of 84.4 km. Design and execution of the Bucharest Ring Road A0 (South Lot 3), a critical highway project connecting major routes around Bucharest. Design and execution of Sebeș – Turda Motorway, Lot 2, which stretches 24.25 km from Pârâul Iovului to Aiud and was opened to traffic in November 2021.
