For Quality Assessment Specialist:
◆Education level:bachelor or above
◆Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in call center management or quality assessment related work, with business experience in mobile phones or electronic products preferred
◆Knowledge requirements: Familiar with call center quality management related knowledge, with 6-sigma management skills preferred
◆Ability requirements: Excellent communication and complaint handling skills, proficient quality standard scoring and calibration work, efficient reporting ability, able to work under pressure and respond effectively with a dedicated and professional work spirit
◆Other requirements: Romanian and Advacned English speaking and writing skills plu another european language, professional PPT presentation and Excel data analysis skills
For Trainer:
◆ Education level: Bachelor or above
◆ Work experience: At least 1 year of work experience in call center management or training related fields, those with experience in mobile phone or electronic related products business are preferred
◆ Knowledge requirements: Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, very proficient in using PPT for presentations
◆ Ability requirements: Familiar with training needs analysis, training course development, and related professional works for effect evaluation. Good at communication and learning, able to work under pressure, and respond effectively with a dedicated and professional work spirit
◆ Other requirements: Fluent expression skills, Native Romanian and good at speaking English plus another European language
