• Proven experience in a purchasing or inventory management role.
• Proficiency in using Monday.com and Slack for project management and communication.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work within the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST time frame (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Romania Time).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience in the ticketing or events industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with other project management and communication tools is beneficial.
• Ability to adapt to new software and processes quickly.

• Utilize Monday.com to track and manage purchasing tasks and project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders via Slack to ensure alignment and swift resolution of issues.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions on purchasing strategies and process improvements.

• Purchasing Ticket Inventory:
• Monitor and manage the acquisition of ticket inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
