Daily tasks:
- Project Purchasing - Control of purchasing activities in national and international development projects for our electronic drives of the future
- You represent purchasing in an interdisciplinary project team and are responsible for all procurement-related tasks in the product development process (PDP) from the concept phase to series launch
- Influencing the development process to optimize product costs, manufacturability and delivery performance
- Implementation of supplier/manufacturer selection and award decisions in coordination with commodity management and strategic purchasing
- Tracking and ensuring project target dates from first estimations to qualified and negotiated components
- Ensuring the project target costs by conducting price and contract negotiations

Job Requirements:
- Technical degree in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, or comparable course of study and / or professional experience in a comparable position in purchasing or in electronics and software development is desirable OR minimum Bachelor of Science / Arts with basic technical knowledge
- Familiar with MS Office and SAP-MM (or other ERP)
- Good communication skills, team player with negotiation skills and assertiveness
- German and English are mandatory
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a goal-oriented and independent way of working round off your profile
- Willingness to travel
