Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless transport solutions to our customers. Your tasks will include:

• Applying industry knowledge to overcome challenges and innovate solutions.
• Coordinating shipments to meet customer SOPs, including booking approvals, pre-alerts, governmental filings, and invoicing.
• Collaborating with team members and third-party agents to ensure efficiency and top-notch customer service.
• Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships by addressing concerns promptly and providing creative solutions.
• Supporting reporting and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participating in customer business reviews to strengthen partnerships.
• Expanding your expertise in international forwarding operations across diverse regions.
