Candidatul Ideal
Possess an Academic Equivalent related to Health and Sciences Course
Having the following certifications is a plus:
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Advance Trauma Life Support for Doctors (ATLS)
Shall be qualified in:
Primary care
Handling major emergencies such as: heart attacks, respiratory insufficiency, burns and traumas
Preventing and curing of infectious diseases
Managing basic problems of regulations governing occupational health
Shall have essential knowledge and skills in:
English language
Computer
Management of the clinic
Health education and first aid training
Control of food, water and industrial hygiene
Communication, in order to maintain good relations with local medical authorities, employees, line and functional management and Clients representatives
Descrierea jobului
This position is addressed to applicants already resident and with valid work permit in Romania at ︁︀︂︃︃︇︃︁︃︂the time of application.
Tasks:
Assists in administrative activity on Project
Performs as foreseen outdoor and indoor control activities
Ensures that sanitation and medical equipment sterilization protocols are strictly observed within the medical facilities
Assists or performs routine day to day medical and surgical procedures following the instruction and under the supervision of Project Doctor
Performs instrumental examination and diagnostic procedures and analysis according to their qualifications
Assists in or performs site hygiene inspection
Assures that all Health-related documents, procedures, software, forms are updated based on current Company policies, industry guidelines as well as international and local applicable laws, regulations, or requirements
Provides support in creation and development of different health initiatives and follows them in their implementation at working sites
Involves in the communication of basic information and prevention campaigns upon instruction and under the direct supervision of Project Doctor
Supports the defining of the measurement parameters of the efficiency of the respective process and assure their follow up, proposing improvement measures
Creates reports of health projects/programs/processes and prepares specific reports related to them
Performs other tasks given by the superiors in accordance with the job requirement, professional role, level of education, personal and professional capabilities, knowledge, experience, moral and ethical norms of the profession and job position respecting employees dignity, integrity and personality
Contributes to develop company philosophy by spreading Saipem best practices and respecting the values of HR Management, Quality, Safety, Health and Environment.
