The primary purpose of the role is to support the Project Manager in all aspects of Tier 2 and Tier 3 types of project handling.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities will be:
* Ensuring full compliance with all Emerson Trade Compliance and Ethical Business policies and procedures;
* Applying PMO project execution methodology to all projects;
* Taking part in customer kick-off meetings– face-to-face or via conference calls;
* Supporting commercial and technical review of the order;
* Supporting the documentation requirement identification process;
* Supporting the review of customer requirements;
* Completing PMO checklist and forms to be used in projects;
* Ensuring the timely and complete entry of the orders in the ERP system;
* Validating lead time with support from the manufacturing execution coordinator;
* Supporting the purchase of buyouts and supervise supplier progress;
* Supporting final documentation packages preparation;
* Handling independently small orders from Initiating until Closing.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* University degree or equivalent experience and 2 - 3 years of professional working experience in an administrative role, working with tools, systems, customers;
* English language proficiency;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
* To be customer-focused, a good communicator, committed and proactive.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Good knowledge of contractual and commercial aspects of projects;
* Proficiency in other European languages.
