Production Shift Manager

• Strategic organization of activities and actions specific to the production line.
• Coordination of his/her team (cca 30 production operators).
• Organizational integration of new employees.
• Motivating and training subordinate staff.
• Operational control of the activities and actions of his/her team.
• Achieving the operational objectives of the position.
• Team performance management.
• Informing the team about the results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanic, or related field or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in production team coordinator or similar role, preferably in multinational companies, Manufacturing.
• English Level (Writing, Speaking): minimum B2.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
