What you bring:

Bachelor or Master’s degree within Engineering or Logistic
Must have +5 years’ experience in a similar role
SAP advance level
Excel advance level
MS Access knowledge is a plus
Ability to work independent with minor supervision
Team-player mindset
English – advance level (both written and spoken)
German language is an advantage
We are interested in a proactive attitude, strong customer orientation, attention to details, structured and strong analytical skills
Collaborating well with key functions like Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other functions locally and from Germany HQ
Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure

The team:

Reporting to the Logistic Manager, you will be in charge with the production planning process for one of our production departments.

Your future role:

Define and set up a smooth production plan (according to production capacity) to meet customers delivery dates using SAP & EXCEL
Daily follow-up of SAP system information received (orders, forecast - process and analysis)
Weekly discussions with the customers regarding orders and deliveries
Update weekly production capacity based on customer orders, manpower and material availability (short, medium and long term)
Releases of daily production plan/machine + work orders
Daily follow-up of production plan execution in order to avoid stoppages and keeping the deliveries dates
Daily follow up of missing materials for production
Daily follow-up of deliveries
Monitor inventory levels and make stock optimizations
Active part at new projects launches and prepare ramp-up simulations
Work closely with the production, engineering, logistic, purchasing, finance and quality departments
Report regular statistical reports and analysis as requested
