Production Engineer

• 10+ Years of manufacturing leadership experience in all operational functions of manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication and teambuilding skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand manufacturing, business processes and systems.
• Strong leadership in a TPM/Continuous Improvement environment.
• Ability to plan and execute multiple projects/activities.
• Ability to handle complaints, dispute resolution and resolving grievances and conflicts, good negotiations skills.
• Able to work under pressure in production environment with a high energy and proactive style.
• Excellent SAP and MS Office Skills.

• Manage all production activity in responsibility area and provides guidance and recommendation on various issues related to production processes ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︉​︁︂︈and flow. The role reports directly to Operational Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Company's quality, labor, hygiene, safety, health and environment policies and guidelines and with local Law and Company regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and support initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a safe working environment and provide continuous coaching support to team members.
• Ensure that products are consistently manufactured meeting prescribed standards in cost and quality.
• Responsible for developing department budgets and cost performance metrics and meeting the budget and cost goals.
• Develop plans to enhance the performance manufacturing in terms of safety, cost, quality, hygiene, productivity, etc.
• Ensure ongoing smooth operation of the lines through effective employee and industrial relations; in conjunction with HR participate in staff recruitment processes and induction.
• Develop team by providing coaching, support, direction and documented performance appraisals also ensuring sound career and succession plans.
