Candidatul Ideal
We are now looking for an outstanding production engineer who is ready to reach out to and to make its mark on our new production facility at Lehliu Gara. People whose biggest strengths are positivity, professionalism, ambition, meticulousness and who can use communication, and planning skills to build relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a driven communicator with experience in industrial production or similar roles. The Production Engineer will monitor and control the production and will be the main point-of-contact for technological flow, manufacturing processes and quality control.
Requirements:
- Degree in technical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within the panels production industry
- Knowledge of technological flow, manufacturing processes for sandwich panels
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing tools
- Abilities in PC operation (Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP)
- Medium/Advanced level of English
- Presentation, communication, and planning skill
- Experience in leading teams
- Ability to facilitate problem solving within teams
Descrierea jobului
- Monitors and controls the production process according to plan
- Checks the quality of raw materials and materials ︁︀︂︃︃︉︆︆︄introduced into the technological flow and participates in their testing by drawing up compliance
- Controls the quality of the finished products, and, based on identified defects, takes action to correct them and supports the understanding and adaptation of customer requirements to specific machines, along with application and improvement of quality standards and product quality
- Tracks, records, and analyzes production indicators, and takes action to achieve set targets and improve equipment efficiency
- Provides support in resolving internal complaints regarding products do not meet quality indicators
- Participates in production meetings and, based on the info received, proceeds to organize production, manages emergencies, and allocates resources
- Participates in enhancing processes within the integrated management system.
