Procurement Specialist with Car Fleet Operations

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics or similar
• Experience in a similar position or manufacturing industry
• Fluent verbal and written English and German language skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience in working with SAP and SRM tools represents an advantage
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Innovative mindset
• Fact-driven and strong analytical skills
• High ambition and customer orientation in the B2B area.

• Purchase requisition verification and issuing of purchase orders in the SAP system and the eProcurement platform
• Checking and agreeing ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂on commercial conditions such as account assignments, payment terms, Incoterms
• Deadline tracking and monitoring (including measures to ensure delivery dates)
• Complaint processing in the event of incorrect delivery and returns
• Contact person in purchasing for orders from corporate functions
• Master data maintenance (creation and maintenance of supplier master data and info records)
• Creating new suppliers via the supplier portal and obtaining the necessary supplier data;
• Process documentation
• Review and forward for approval of supplier invoices
• Creating credit and debit notes
• As a car fleet administrator, the tasks are to efficiently, timely provide and purchase cars within the companies’ car policy
• Keep track of documentation and status of cars and drivers
• Optimize utilization of pool cars
• Follow up on recurrent legal requirements like driver’s license check.
