Responsibilities:
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO 22000);
- Ensure compliance with appropriate Standard Operational Procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Write the quality procedures, and work instructions, in a clear, simple, and concise manner;
- Implement all relevant procedures/ instructions described in the Quality Management System (QMS);
- Train employees in procedures/ instructions specific to the working area;
- Flow up corrective actions for internal process audits;
- Provide detailed analysis of non-conformities;
- Responsible for the permanent collection of specific quality assurance information (defect evolution and analysis, test data-test parameters, test equipment performance) to ensure compliance with the client's quality requirements and those specified in the internal procedures;
- Support the production department in the analysis of processes that do not add value (repairs, remediation, sorting) with the aim of minimizing losses;
- Analyzes the causes of non-conformities and effectively implements corrective actions using quality tools (8D, 5 Why, 5M);
- Responsible for monitoring the quality trend by preparing monthly reports (FTQ, internal PPM, number and evolution of internal defects, scrap cost).
