We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to the automation and optimization of ︁︈︁︁︉︁︂︇︁︃manufacturing processes! The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, particularly in automation and PLC programming, and will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, improving quality, and reducing production downtime!
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative automation solutions;
* Continuous Improvement Projects: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving our manufacturing processes;
* Automation: Use your expertise in automation systems and PLC programming to streamline and automate production flows, minimizing human error and enhancing efficiency;
* Technical Support: Provide real-time technical support to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving equipment and systems issues to ensure smooth operations;
* System Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough system tests and validations to ensure all automated systems function properly and meet performance standards.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field;
* Technical Skills: Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent), with practical experience in automation systems;
* Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on automation and process improvement;
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and automated systems;
* Technical Expertise: Experience with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems is highly beneficial;
* Technical Drawing Interpretation: Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications;
* Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve common goals;
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Industry 4.0, manufacturing automation, and robotics is a plus;
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is preferred;
