- Daily processing includes vouching invoices, research on missing information to facilitate payment, vendor master file updates, creation of new ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈vendors, and communication with vendors and internal business partners, etc.
- Assist with daily needs – requesting statements, invoices & credit memos, answering questions regarding payments & account status.
- Responsible for a customer focused service towards the client.
- Reviewing instructions accompanying invoices to determine proper disposition and crediting accounts in accordance with standard procedures.
