🚀 Your next challenge

This role is responsible to meet portfolio targets through the retention of contracts with existing ︁︈​︂︂︇​︂︄​︂︀︈clients as well as expanding the relationship with them by introducing new products or services (or expanding usage of existing products), using outgoing calls as communication channel.

What you'll be doing:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.

* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
* Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs.
* Provide clients with updates on new products and services.
* Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.
