Plant Manager Assistant

• Assist the Plant Manager with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
• Able to read manual and monitor inventory levels, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈order spare parts, and ensure timely availability for maintenance.
• Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to prepare reports, track data, and organize information.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure all operational requirements are met.
• Maintain records of equipment, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory.
• Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, take minutes, and distribute them as necessary.
• Assist in coordinating daily activities, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth plant operations.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• High School Level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with spare parts management and inventory systems is a plus.
• Romanian fluent and Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and good time management.
• Ability to address issues independently and escalate when necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
