We are a leading third-party logistics provider, partnering with a major customer in Romania. We are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Bucharest as Pickers.

The Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment,
including cross docking operations. This role requires precision, speed, and attention to detail to ensure

Responsibilities:
Order Picking:
- Use manual and electronic tools (eg, scanners, tablets) to select products from shelves.
- Accurately record products picked for each order.
Packing:
- Properly pack products to ensure safety during transportation.
- Use appropriate packing materials and equipment.
Quality Control:
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Ensure orders contain the correct products and quantities.
Shipping:
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling.
Cross Docking Operations:
- Efficiently manage cross docking orders by quickly transferring products from inbound
to outbound shipments without long-term storage.
- Ensure accurate and timely transfer of goods to meet delivery schedules.
Inventory Maintenance:
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Restock shelves as needed.

Requirements:
- Strong motivation and enthusiasm.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- English intermediate level required
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Experience using scanners and other electronic tools.
- Familiarity with cross docking operations is an advantage.
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- English speaker beginner level
