Candidatul Ideal

Requirements of the job:

At least 2 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources/P&O
Studies in economics / business administration / psychology / HR administration / business / labor law or comparable
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, continuous improvement mindset and self-initiative
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize
High level of attention to detail
Independent, proactive, responsive, and reliable way of working with a hands-on mentality
Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese and very good English

The overall purpose of the role is the employee administration, following annual life cycle. A dedicated first point of contact ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︉​︆︄for all operational and administrative tasks, ensuring high quality solution delivery and problem solving.



Responsibilities of the job:




Achieves individual and team objectives set by SLA (Service Contracts) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
Deliver and manage P&O Day to day activities and operational solutions during employee’s life cycle from entry to exit such as: contract creation, onboarding, offboarding, salary review, bonuses, reporting.
Support and provide professional advice to Employees and Managers in all personnel-related topics: (contracts, addendums, personnel file, etc.)
Support in-country G&PS team with different admin tasks.
Collaborate with P&O BPs, People Excellence Teams, managers, and employees.
Manage local benefits and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Maintain knowledge management system.
Provide administrative system support to employees and managers.
Update, input data into P&O system accurately and maintain data integrity.
Continuously develop and improve P&O processes and support implementation of new P&O tools and processes.
Perform other tasks given by the manager
