PAYROLL SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• Proven experience of at least 2-3 years as a ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︁︃︀payroll specialist in a private corporate environment
• Thorough knowledge of payroll procedures, international ones as well;
• Experience with payroll calculations and verification for international and European countries
• Good knowledge of Labor Romanian legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Strong English language knowledge, professional working proficiency.
• Knowledge of the Italian language is a plus;
• Good communication skills and team spirit;
• Positive approach and strong work ethic;
• Highly detail-oriented and organized person;
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
• Willingness to work on site is a requirement.

• manages databases and staff files
• oversees job descriptions, certificates, evaluation sheets, internal regulations, disciplinary investigations and payslips
• processing payroll calculations and verification for international and European countries accurately and on time
• ensuring compliance with tax laws
• collects the data, prepares and verifies the monthly payroll for salaries
• prepares the files, reports and payment documents when needed for management or different institutions
• carries out internal communication
