For our company based in Iasi, we are looking for you as a:

Part-Time Customer Support and Operations Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and reliable personality with a quick grasp and customer support background. As a member of our Operations team, you will be jointly responsible for operating and supporting our data and Application services. Basic IT knowledge is helpful.

Profile of the ideal candidate:

Main responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of interfaces and related data links
• Identify, clarify, and solve any first level monitoring messages
• Analysis of change notifications of the data provider and adaptation of the associated processing procedures
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers

Required technical skills and experience:

- Completed/ongoing university studies (preferably in the field of Business Informatics or Finance) or comparable training with professional experience
- The ability to manage and track multiple tasks at the same time
- Well organized and pay attention to detail
- The ability to use technical tools and systems to manage and monitor our customers business applications
- High level of commitment, reliability, and resilience
- Professional experience in the financial or banking sector is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English
